SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT FORM

Use this form to purchase your sponsorship package.

We will contact you to get the names of your complimentary attendees included in your sponsorship package and you will have the opportunity to pay for additional registrations as well

Please note: All sponsor payments must be received prior to your arrival at the conference. If payment is not received in the ACBO office by October 21, 2024, you MUST supply payment upon checking in at the conference.

Vendors MUST sponsor in order to attend the conference.

The Sponsor Coordinator is the single point of contact for communications purposes. That individual will keep all sponsor attendees apprised of sponsorship information and will provide ACBO with all information and updates. Any sponsorship updates are the responsibility of the Sponsor Coordinator.

College Scholarships

We would like to provide a college sponsorship (offering additional recognition and the opportunity to give back directly to one of the colleges represented at the conference) to be drawn for and presented at the conference and at the following level. Check one. NOTE: These sponsorships will be recognized and drawn for at a general session and sponsors will be provided visibility in the printed conference bulletin and rolling PPT.

Conference Registration

Complimentary conference registrations included with your sponsor package:

• Platinum = 3
• Gold = 2
• Silver = 1

We will contact you to get the names of your complimentary attendees included in your sponsorship package and you will have the opportunity to pay for additional registrations as well

CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Cancellation by September 20, 2024 will result in a 50% refund. All cancellations must be emailed to events@acbo.org and are not valid unless you receive a return confirmation that your email has been received. There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after September 21, 2024.
